About Us

Dolanesia is a digital platform established by teams from various countries to support and promote Indonesian tourism to the world.

The names come from two syllables, Dolan and Indonesia. Dolan is a Javanese word that means ‘happily wandering’ and the word ‘Indonesia’ that shortened to Esia. Thus, if we put the two syllables together, Dolanesia means ‘Happily wandering in Indonesia’.
